ARE WOMEN BETTER TEACHERS THAN MEN?

Some of people, exactly the students argue that women are better teachers than men. However, the others people think that women are so soft, because some of them have low voice. Some of female teachers were not able to apply discipline in the classroom. So that the students ignore them while teaching and they can’t do anything.In different sides, there are several reasons why the women’s personality better to teach or educate.

First of all, women would tend to be “motherly”. They have more patient to teach the students and would not raise their voice even as the students keep on asking questions when they are unable to understand. They care with the others. Secondly, women are better at verbal skills and prefer to talk. Women talk three times more than men. The average of the day they talked as much as 20 thousand words. They have more ability to explain the lesson with the details. Thirdly, they are better at understanding the others about thoughts, feelings and emotions. So that’s way, they can understand if the student has understood the lesson or not.

On the other side, some people argue that men better than women in some subject. Men putting forward the logic. Unlike women, men are greatly influenced by logic and reason rather than emotion. Despite being upset, they are able to maintain their composure in front of people who may have lost control.

From the above description, it can be concluded that women are better teachers than men. This is supported by the fact that women are smarter. Basically a woman's brain volume is smaller than men, but it may contain more cells that control the mental processes. Studies of the University of Pennsylvania, the U.S. has found that women use more parts of their brain when given a variety of tasks. In addition, women are better in terms of building relationships and emotional relationships with others and they are more aware of each individual character. Therefore, women can combine all the benefits in their self to be a good teacher and use the right way of teaching.
